Yanacocha Lagoon is located in the district of Huayllabamba in the province of Urubamba (Sacred Valley), department of Cusco.
It is pedestrian access (trekking) kicking in the farmhouse Huayocari, a walk of about 04 hours understanding.
It is a natural attraction, has unique characteristics, because the bottom of the lagoon is black, due to the presence of black ticna and that makes is reflected in its waters to the naked eye.
The lagoon is 240 linear meters with a depth of 14 meters, surrounded by the spectacular forest Qeuñas, able to enjoy the scenery, take photographs, organize camp.
You can access the lagoon at any time, admission is free, the only means of access to the lagoon is pedestrian, by a bridle path starting in Huayocari, rising an average of 04 hours.
